Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for an experienced "Sales Manager" for one of our leading clients on manufacture of high-quality security solutions and products.
Job Description
-Managing and coaching the sales team to achieve the targets,
-Identifying new business opportunities and establishing good relations with key clients on all levels, (National / international clients as well as government / association clients segment.)
-Monitoring the market analysis, undertaking actions, creating strategies and running projects,
-Coordinating marketing activities,
-Managing P&L statements and reporting to executives,
-Cooperating with international network.
Which skills we are looking for?
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as well as strong presentation skills,
-Very good at financial analysis and planning as well as reporting,
-Strong management skills and enthusiasm to motivate the sales team,
-Extensive experience of customer relationship development,
-Ability to manage conflicting objectives and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve any issues,
-Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach and very good at people management,
-Experience of marketing field would be an advantage but not essential,
-Experience of selling either software/IT based solutions or products would be an advantage but not essential.
Education and Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline, (Business, Engineering..etc.)
-Sales team and client management experience (>10 years)
-Bilingual in English. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
