Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Regional Manager " to one of our global clients in consumer goods industry. 
Understand company’s strategic direction at the field, Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements.
Distributor and Key customer management:
-Managing Distributors and provide healthy working conditions according to Company rules,
-For Key Customers; Completion of annual agreements with respect to conditionality principle and execution follow-up of all counterparts in relevant accounts,
-Ensure achievement of agreed Customer (s) targets/KPIs, (Turnover, Growth, etc.)
-Proper Trade Budget Management,
-Develop, coach, and mentor sales teams within their assigned territory to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets,
-Implementation of sales activities and centrally defined sales strategy in excellence,
-Managing implementation of Sales KPIs at Field,
-Provide market feedback which are related with the current situation of the Market.
-Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
-Min. 5 years sales experience in FMCG, (preferably distributor management)
-Excellent analytical & organizational skills,
-Must be able to manage, coach, develop, motivate and co-ordinate people,
-Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment,
-Good level of English skills In order to conduct the job, to understand the instructions; to negotiate and to read and write reports,
-Advanced use of MS Office applications,
-B class driving license,
-No mobility issues,
-No military service obligation.
