Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are searching for a 'Compensation & Benefits Supervisor' for our global company operating in manufacturing area.
Purpose : 
Compensation& Benefits Supervisor is responsible for all the payroll and post payroll process at HQ level and compiling of related reportings at country level. S/he ensures that time management and payroll policies, processes and tools are implemented in compliance with local rules and regulations. S/he ensures efficient people administration process; advises and supports Plant Managers on employee relations, collective labor agreement periods...etc. 
Areas of Responsibility :
  • Performs C&B costing and budgeting.  Coordinates and performs C&B communication. 
  • People Administration efficiency
  • Performs time and absence management.
  • Performs payroll administration and post-payroll administration.
  • Performs executive payroll and post-payroll administration.
  • Answers to employees questions.
  • Performs translation of labor agreements/legal and social changes into time and payroll administration.
  • Performs payment and refund administration (work related injuries…).
  • Performs external supplier management (ex. Tax issues).
  • Ensures people administration efficient process: personnel data administration, leave management and provisioning administration, archive, status change administration, pension administration, individual and collective claims administration (career history data…).
  • Develops standards and guidelines for personnel administration (working conditions, disciplinary procedures, time management, payroll approach…) and ensures standards are met.
  • Interprets and advises on employment law consulting legal counsel, compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees, supports external supplier management (labour consultants, expatriate tax issues, etc)
  • Employee relations, advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues
  • Works closely with departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Provides the expertise (internal or external) to deal with expatriation in order to address every Nexans local specificities. 
  • Ensures and performs expatriate administration process (contracts, compliance with regulations, tax issues...).
  • Translates and develops benefits and pension administration approach and guidelines. 
  • Manages benefits and pension third-parties (insurance broker…) relationship management
Information Systems and Reporting
  • Manages all related internal and external reporting (compliant to local regulations)
  • Contributes to HR Reporting procedures and definitions.
