Job Description
We are looking for "Marketing Communications Manager" for one of our leading client in the E-Commerce industry.
  • Market Market and competition to follow on a daily basis.
  • Continuously investigate the sound of the market and the voice of potential and existing customers and report the results to the relevant units and management.
  • Identifying missing products and informing the related departments based on the market research or the feedback from our customers.
  • Planning communication strategy, working with agencies in this direction.
  • To inform the sales teams with regular meetings by conducting market and customer analysis studies.
  • Taking an active role in the development of products and categories in line with market analysis.
  • To prepare special sales promotion activities for customer sector, segments and order numbers.
  • To form the marketing plan and budget together with the Sales, Purchasing and Marketing teams and to monitor the budget realization on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing the Marketing Plan and ensuring that the plan works correctly on a weekly, monthly basis.
  • To produce ATL & BTL projects in internal and external communication, online and offline channels to develop new ideas, to create new strategies to implement ideas.
  • To ensure the preparation and implementation of marketing activities and to ensure that activities are integrated in all channels.
  • Within the scope of offline marketing activities, coordinating the processes of preparation of insert, catalog, brochure and flyer and reaching the customer, and giving brief to the creative team.
  • Establishing annual content plan with media purchasing agencies and preparing budgets, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, to create a monthly / annual plan suitable for market research and to keep them up-to-date.
  • To follow the trends in sales and marketing to fit our business model.
  • To follow new technologies and use them for the benefit of the company and its objectives Leading the team and contributing to the development of the team and teamwork.
  • Analyzing the digital media tools such as web analytics, data analytics, marketing tools, performance marketing, and weekly analysis to increase productivity.
  • Ensuring the most efficient and complete use of business tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics, etc.) by teams in charge.
  • Conducting contracts affecting the marketing department, legal matters, and internal and external rules to be responsible for the legal compliance of the department.
  • Establishment and development of performance evaluation procedures appropriate to the department's objectives.
  • To evaluate the performance of digital agencies on a monthly basis and to determine strategies.
  • Fast and regular working discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of Marketing Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of team management.
  • Ability to report and analyze.
  • Time management and business priority
  • Marketing budget with the right decisions, correct fiction.
  • Ability to manage agency and supplier relationships.
  • To follow sales and marketing trends and follow innovations.
  • Exceptional communication options.
  • Graduated from related departments of universities.
  • Good knowledge of English.
