Job Description:
We are looking for an "IT Delivery Manager" for our leading global client in producing industrial minerals.
*The delivery is based on defined Group IT Standards, ITSM processes, Information Security guidelines and IT Governance processes (including Project Management).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Responsible for the delivery of Plant IT Services including project management or execution (e.g. plant migrations, new offices, M&A integrations)
  • Responsible for planning, management, support and reporting of the Service Lifecycle of IT Services provided based on the Group IT Service Catalogue and as defined below
  • Manage and control local external suppliers to ensure expectations & agreed SLA/SLOs are met and suppliers deliver the scope and the quality agreed on
  • Responsible for planning, management, and reporting of the local IT Infrastructure budget (CAPEX / OPEX)
  • License Management for local IT Services
  • Contract and supplier management for local IT services and related contracts
  • IT Purchasing execution, i.e. purchase of local IT equipment including peripherals in adherence with Group IT procurement guidelines
  • Business contact on country (area) level
  • Support the gathering of local demands, acting as a contact partner (where required) and escalate to Regional Operations Manager or Head of IT Region
  • Support M&A Due Diligence activities
  • Support local business solutions and IT infrastructure demands
  • Supports the successful delivery of global IT Services on country level
  • Support GOP and Plant Operations for Automation IT related tasks/activities/troubleshooting
  • End User Support for Joint Venture with LITSA (Limited IT Service Agreement) contract users where required
IT Services include:
Support of defined local IT applications (no ERP systems)
Networks Services:
  • Responsible for LAN Services
  • Responsible for local Internet connections
  • Responsible for local telephony services
  • Support for central WLAN, WAN, VPN & Firewalls services
Data Center Services:
  • Responsible for Local Server Management including Hardware / Operating Systems / Storage / Backup, Local Database Management, Local Middleware Management
  • Responsible for Local Server room management including but not limited to cabling, UPS, Security measurements, air conditioning, fire protection etc.
Collaboration & Workplace Management (C&W)
  • Responsible for local Workplace & Printer Management, including managed Mobile Devices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Recent Certification: ITIL preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience with IT Infrastructure Operations and Management in an international organization
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions including modern client management, server management including virtualization technologies, network management, server room management
  • Strong experience and thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and digital workplace services, experience in supporting complex enterprise environments
  • Proven track record in IT Project Management with a special focus on Workplace Management, Server and Network Services
  • Knowledge in plant environments is a plus
  • Strong Vendor Management skills to influence desired outcomes
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Experience in the following technologies: Microsoft O365 services, Microsoft SCCM, DPM, HyperV, VMWare, CISCO networking.
