Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a ‘’HR Manager’’ for our global client in aviation sector.
  • Management of all HR related processes; should have personally written and implemented these processes as well as successfully executed the system,
  • Implement Company HR policies and ensure compliance of local labor law and practices,
  • Develop and supports operational and process improvement programs that lead to a more lean and efficient business, and develops HR operations policies and procedures that support business growth, profit, and cost containment objectives,
  • Deployment of the Group HR policies, standards and procedures,
  • Preparation and management of human resources department budgets,
  • Being the first point of contact for all employees and managers regarding all HR related matters coming from the assigned business divisions,
  • Experience in ERP implementation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Min. 8 year of work experience in which 4+ years in management of people,
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear demonstration of influencing business leaders, and not afraid of challenging the status quo,
  • Analytic thinking, able to do business analysis, strong skills in organizational development,
  • Dynamic, creative, able to take initiative.
