Job Description:
We are looking for a "Data Warehouse Senior Developer" for our leading client.
Job Description:
  • Work with business partners, and other groups to identify the technical and functional needs of analytical systems, and determine the priority of needs.
  • Apply modeling skills to design, develop and maintain physical and logical DWH models
  • Leverage data analysis skills to analyze business areas, understand source systems’ data and map them to DWH data model
  • Develop, architect, standardize and support technology platforms using industry-leading business intelligence solutions like QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using traditional data management technologies and big data technologies.
  • Work within the business or the management team to establish business needs
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse development
  • Experience with Data Modeling (physical, logical, conceptual)
  • Experience with ETL tools, Data Warehouse Modeling
  • Advanced SQL and T-SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, as well as working familiarity NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Airflow etc.
  • Experience in designing reporting solutions and provisioning data for senior management
  • Experience in Python is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to follow and implement new technologies
  • Experience in banking, telecommunications or BI consulting firms is preferred
  • Fluent in English
