Job Description:
We are looking for a C&B Executive for our leading client in the FMCG industry.
  • Responsible for checking monthly payroll and conducting payroll reconciliation
  • HC Management and control
  • Knowledge of benchmarking and skills in capturing market intelligence on employee compensation and benefits
  • Lead Budget/Forecast, Annual merit increase/Bonus measure, and control;
  • Responsible for C&B monthly report preparation and HR monthly report consolidation.
  • Consolidates information and produce reports/analytics to be used for management decision making
  • Responsible for incentive policy updates as well as incentive data consolidation and calculation.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and other compensation-related programs.
  • Participate in the annual salary survey. Analyze survey reports and complete peer group compensation analysis reports by different divisions.
  • Manage labor contract renew process in every 2 years
  • Conduct employee performance review process.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 3-4 years experienced in C&B function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • HRIS experience is an advantage
  • Process and compliance mindset is a must
  • Good at MS office applications, eg. Excel and PPT
  • Absolutely trustful and loyalty; team spirit and social competence, good organizational ability
  • Mature, independent and proactive, confident
  • Problem-solving, hard-working, self-motivated
  • Good communication skill in English
