Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "International Sales & Marketing Manager" to one of our clients in cooling industry. 
The main goals and objectives of a International Sales & Marketing Manager include the following: 
- Develops and implements strategic sales & marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services,
- Develops and monitors sales & marketing budget, works with the executive manager to develop competitive incentives for prospects and sales team,
- Achieves satisfactory P&L ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends,
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly,
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units,
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Egineering, Business and Marketing or related field,
- At least 10 - 15 years of successful experience in increasing responsibility in sales & marketing leadership roles, preferred in same industry,
- Bilingual in both English and German languages. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field,
- Minimum 5 years of team management and export sales experience,
